Return Policy

At Driveway Tires, all sales are final except where required by law.

Tires

• Tires are only eligible for return or exchange in the case of a verified manufacturer defect.

• Manufacturer defects must be confirmed by the tire manufacturer or authorized supplier.

• Tires that have been mounted, installed, driven on, or damaged are not returnable.

Rims, TPMS & Accessories

• Rims, TPMS sensors, and all accessories are FINAL SALE.

• Returns or exchanges are not accepted if there is no defect.

• Installed or used items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

No Returns Accepted For

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size or product selected by the customer

• Normal wear and tear

• Road hazard damage, misuse, or improper installation

• Special orders or clearance items

Important Notice

• False or fraudulent defect claims will not be accepted and may be reported to the manufacturer.

• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty or defect claims.
